Membership Privacy Notice
Williton Social Club uses the information supplied on the membership application to administer club membership, contact applicants and members about their membership, produce membership cards, and send renewal reminders where selected.
The information collected may include your name, address, postcode, telephone number, email address, date of birth, membership photograph, membership number, membership status and renewal preferences.
Your membership photograph is used for identification on your membership card. Membership information is not sold to third parties. Service providers used to host the website or deliver email or SMS messages may process information on the club's behalf where necessary to provide those services.
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for membership administration, legal/accounting requirements and the handling of any membership issues. You may contact the club to ask about the information held about you, request corrections, or raise a data-protection query.
